Betty’s Dream

Betty’s Dream is a 24-unit rent-assisted facility built in 1984 and managed by Portsmouth Housing.  The property is located on Longmeadow Lane in Portsmouth and was founded by the family of Betty Taylor, a woman who lived with both muscular dystrophy and multiple sclerosis. The facility serves to house individuals who are physically handicapped.
